The Rejig S100 is a fully open and flexible large size (510x510x500mm) Polymer Laser Sintering Machine providing the lowest total cost of ownership, perfectly suited for Applications ranging from Rapid Prototyping to the Serial Production.
The S100 was developed together with Materialise with the main goal to create a machine that meets the needs of production managers and operators. The result is an intuitive machine with a large build volume, open parameters and a user friendly UX. Rejig has the exclusive right to build, sell and further develop the S100 machine worldwide.
Moreover, the S100 is the only commercially available machine to run the Materialise Bluesint printing process, allowing you to re-use up to 100% of your waste powder. Therefore, the S100 is perfectly suited to shift the needle from prototyping to series production while minimizing your fresh powder cost.
